New Detroit Leadership Series on R.A.C.E.
This six part online professional development program from New Detroit is designed for local leaders and others interested in becoming a positive catalyst for change in transforming business and community organizations to achieve equity in practice. The course includes topics such as racial understanding, anti-racism, and equity in practice. The course is $2,000 per person.
Race and Ethnicity Teaching Resources
by Jalaya Liles Dunn, offers anti-bias workshops for educators. Including classroom resources, professional development, magazines and publications on equity and justice. It also has workshops, webinars, podcasts and facilitator guides, along with self-guided learning. Feb. 3, 2021 name changed to Learning for Justice.
Introduction to Health Equity and Systemic Racism
This site is managed by Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and is established for MDHHS staff or others interested in accessing online training on various topics. It requires registration by the user. Site includes courses on health equity and systemic racism. Each course is one hour.
