This two page Tip Sheet has the full title of HOW CAN WE AVOID "BLAMING THE VICTIM" When We Present Information on Poor Outcomes for Different Racial, Ethnic, Language or Immigrant Groups in our Community? It offers alternative methods of presenting comparative data about populations in a way that does not leave the reader thinking the individuals of focus are the reason for the disparate outcomes, rather than reasons related to institutional and structural racism.
